Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
At Civils Adda, we offer digital educational content, mock tests, and exam preparation packages. Since access to these materials is granted immediately upon successful payment, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations:
- One-Time Test Series / Packages: Purchases of individual mock tests or specific test packages are non-cancellable once the transaction is complete and access is granted.
- Subscription Memberships: If you are subscribed to a recurring mock test plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automatic renewals will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your exam preparation experience. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Double Payment / Transaction Failure: If money was debited twice due to a network glitch or gateway failure, the duplicate transaction will be refunded automatically within 24–48 hours. If you do not see the credit, contact us immediately.
- Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong test series package, contact us within 24 hours of purchase *before attempting any mock test*. We will assist you in changing to the correct package or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Content / Platform Errors: If there are substantial technical difficulties on our platform that prevent you from taking tests, or if the test series content is found to be significantly incorrect, and our team cannot resolve it within 7 days, you will be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- You have already opened or attempted one or more mock tests within the purchased package.
- Your request was made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, unauthorized screen recording/content copying).
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our support team:
- The refund will be processed directly to the original bank account, UPI, card, or wallet used for the payment.
- It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to civilsaddaofficial@gmail.com using your registered account email.
- Include the subject line: Refund Request - [Order ID].
- Attach your payment receipt or order confirmation invoice and provide a brief explanation of the issue.
Our support desk will review your request and get back to you with the status within 24–48 hours.
